Isotropic - High Volume Grades

MQEP powders are epoxy encapsulated magnetic powders which are ready for molding magnets without further processing. They are ready-to-use and reduce the need for in-house processing. They are applicable for compression molding only.

This grade has magnetic properties in between typical ferrite and isotropic bonded neo. MQP-12-5 is well-suited for ferrite replacement applications, such as air conditioner louver motors. It can also be used as MQFP-12-5 for applications requiring easy magnetization.

This grade is a more cost effective alternative to MQP-B-20076. Based on Nd-Pr-Fe-B alloy composition, MQP-20173 maintains similar magnetic performance as its Nd based counterpart, MQP-B-20076-070 It can be used in a wide array of products, including hard disc drive spindle motors, power tools and office equipment.
