Isotropic - High Br Grades

MQEP powders are epoxy encapsulated magnetic powders which are ready for molding magnets without further processing. They are ready-to-use and reduce the need for in-house processing. They are applicable for compression molding only.

This grade is a cost optimized powder grade in the MQP-15-7 powder group with high residual inductance (Br) and low intrinsic coercivity (Hci). This makes it ideal for ferrite replacement and certain types of micro-motors, such as stepper motors used in optical disc drives and office automation products.
