Bonded neo magnets have significantly higher energy product and therefore can be incorporated into many home appliance products that demand higher efficiency, lighter weight and longer battery life. Utilizing bonded neo enhances the performance and adds value to many home appliances.

MQEP powders are epoxy encapsulated magnetic powders which are ready for molding magnets without further processing. They are ready-to-use and reduce the need for in-house processing. They are applicable for compression molding only.

In addition to spindle motors and other motors, MQP-13-9-20063-070 is ideal for certain cost sensitive ferrite replacement applications, such as CPU cooling fans, box fans and other similar applications. It has been designed to include lower cost rare earth elements such as lanthanum.

MQP-15-9HD-20178 is an isotropic powder designed for the manufacturing of bonded magnets. Bonded magnets made from this powder grade typically have higher density and therefore exhibit superior magnetic properties, offering lower springback and requiring lower ejection forces.

Based on Nd-Pr-Fe-B alloy composition, MQP-20173 maintains similar magnetic performance as its Nd based counterpart, MQP-B-20076-070 It can be used in a wide array of products, including hard disc drive spindle motors, power tools and office equipment.
