MQP-AA4

MQP powder maintains its superior magnetic properties even when exposed to open air at 450 °C. AA4 technology is applicable to all MQP powders.

Encapsulation (MQEP)

Magnequench also provides anti-oxidation solutions for magnetic powder epoxy compounds, which are ready for molding magnets without further processing. Combining our epoxy encapsulation process with anti-oxidation technology, we offer MQEP-AA1 or MQEP-AA2 epoxy-powder compound. Magnets made from such compound show great oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures.

Developmental Technology

Magnequench's latest patent pending anti-aging technology offers the ultimate solution to completely solve high temperature aging issues. Bonded magnets using this technology exhibit less than 2% permanent magnetic property loss even at temperatures as high as 200 °C for 1000 hours, as shown below.
